The Hunter Douglas PermAlign Vertical Blind Carriers slide into the vertical track, also known as headrail, along the top of the blind. The carriers will hold the vertical vanes in place. The PermAlign carriers feature a standard spacer to connect the carriers to one another. The carriers must fit a 3 prong hole.
