Refunds received within 30 days of the original order date will be issued for the price of the returned product (shipping and handling are non-refundable) minus a 10% restocking fee. Refunds after 30 days will not be accepted. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the full process of your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your exchange has been shipped or when the refund has been issued. Motorized products such as battery wands, battery packs, remotes, wires and all components are returnable if UNOPENED. If the package is open it is NON-returnable.
(EXCEPTIONS – Any custom order products, valances, headrails, and motorized products cannot be returned or refunded.)
Simply fill out the Return form, which is available via email. Please email us at INFO@BLINDPARTS.COM to request a form and send the product back to us. You are responsible for all cost associated with sending the package back to us. Send Returns to the address below via US Postal Service Insured, UPS, or any other insured service. If your shipment is not insured and it is lost, we have no way of issuing credit.
