This Hunter Douglas Luminette 21.5in Wand Assembly features an enhanced wand/cord that has a separate cord loop running from the tether to a cord housing at the top of the wand. This design allows the cord loop to be kept under more consistent and controlled tension, further limiting how far the cord can be pulled away from the wand. This enhances child safety.
