Hunter Douglas High Profile Wand Tilt Gear Mechanism (1/4″ Square Shape Hole)
The Hunter Douglas High Profile Wand Tilt Gear Mechanism is a heavy duty wand tilt mechanism for wood & faux wood blinds with a 2 inch tall head rail. The window blind wand tilter gear has durable metal components and an end with a hook and sleeve to secure the wand. The headrail must use a square rod measuring 1/4 inch diameter. The wand tilter features a closed end.
This wand tilt mechanism is for use on some Hunter Douglas, M&B, and Alta wood or faux wood blinds.
Original mechanism replaced with WTG-B9.
Replacement Product Description
The original wand tilter was used on Hunter Douglas 2″ horizontal wood and faux wood blinds with a high profile headrail and 1/4″ square-shaped tilt rod. It is no longer manufactured and is not available for purchase.
We carry a compatible replacement tilt mechanism. The new part looks different than the original tilt mechanism but is a direct replacement and will fit in your blinds.
The replacement tilt mechanism has a plastic body and a metal shaft and gear.
This tilter has a foot that fits into a 3/4″ headrail punch that is on the bottom of the headrail. The punch is the rectangular cut out where the shaft of the tilt mechanism sticks through the bottom of the headrail.
