The Levolor Heavy Duty Low Profile Wand Tilt Mechanism (Key Shape Hole) is for wood or faux wood blinds that use a key shape rod inside of the headrail. The head rail should measure approximately 2-1/4 (2.25) by 1-1/2 (1.5) inches. The wand tilter gear is common in Levolor blinds and is responsible for rotating blind slats.
