The Hunter Douglas Cord Condenser, also known as cord joiner, is made to hold up to four 1.4mm, 1.6mm, or 1.8mm cords. Only one 2.2mm pull cord can fit.
It is typically for use on mini blinds, wood blinds, faux wood blinds, and roman shades.
A note on safety:
Condensers should be installed within 3in of the cord lock, when the blind is in the fully lowered position.
Use cord cleats to wrap up exposed lifting cords, keeping them away from kids.
