The Heavy Duty Low Profile Wand Tilt Mechanism (1/4″ Hexagon Hole) is for wood & faux wood blinds with a 1-1/2 (1.5) inch tall head rail. The wand tilter gear has a closed end for use with shepherd wands. The headrail must use a hexagonal rod hexagonal shape measuring 1/4 inch diameter.
