We Are Open For Business

The health and safety of our customers and our employees is our top priority. Like most businesses, we are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We are actively following all guidelines and directives as information becomes available from the CDC and industry experts. We have taken multiple steps to minimize health risks to ensure we remain able to provide the products and services we deliver each and every day.

Blinds USA is following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are reminding our employees about frequent hand washing, and we are regularly cleaning and disinfecting our facilities and equipment.  Our warehouse will remain open, but we are taking precautions. We have enhanced our cleaning routines and encouraging sick employees to stay home.

We are also in regular communication with our manufacturing partners. As of now, we do not see any inventory constraints or disruptions regarding our supply. We continue to receive our steady supply of containers on a daily and weekly basis to re-stock our shelves. While we do not anticipate any delays in lead times, we will keep our customers up to date with any issues that may occur.

As a result of the change in business, we have closed our retail store and are not open to the public. Our hours of operation have been reduced to the following:
9 AM – 2 PM Pacific Standard Time, Monday – Friday.

We are confident we can and will continue to supply our customers in a prompt and complete manner.
