We stock thousands of parts to help you fix your shades and blinds. We have many parts that we are currently uploading to the website, so we may have what you need even if you dont see it on our site.

Return Policy: If the part that you ordered is not the correct part and does not fit, for any reason, or is defective, you can exchange it within 30 days of order date. Provided that it is not damaged by you. We will credit everything except the s & h charges toward the new order.
Items returned for refund must be returned within 30 days of original order date, and a 25% restocking charge will apply. No items can be returned or exchanged after 30 days. There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on any Motorized parts, Remotes, Battery wands, Motors, etc.
Check your order carefully as there are no returns or exchanges on special ordered (valances, headrails, etc) or cut yardage items.
Buyers are responsible for correct shipping instructions, items returned to sender due to not deliverable as addressed. require additional shipping charges to be paid by buyer.
